How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Terapiku account data, connected integration data, and related personal information by contacting us directly.

• Include your Terapiku account email, business name, and the connected phone number or integration you want deleted

What We Delete

After verifying account ownership, we will delete or disable normal access to data associated with your account, including:

• Account profile data and business settings
• Booking, customer, CRM, and conversation records where deletion is legally and operationally allowed
• Connected Google Calendar tokens
• Connected Meta and WhatsApp Business credentials, WABA references, phone number IDs, webhook records, and message logs where deletion is legally and operationally allowed

Retention Limits

Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, backup recovery, or compliance reasons. Backup copies are removed according to our backup retention process.

Processing Time

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests as soon as possible and complete eligible deletion within a reasonable period after ownership verification.
